Yesterday I started Phase Two of the diet/workout plan I've been following. I can't believe I've made it 28 days – I always struggle with self-discipline, so I'm proud about how far I've come! It's tough to stay motivated, especially since the workouts are almost twice as long in this second part, so I rewarded myself today with some new gym clothes. Although I was longing for Lululemon, I settled for Target. Somehow I can't justify spending $120 on a shirt I'll only be using to sweat in.
