Back to reality

Usually I'm completely bummed out on Mondays. I'm not sure why today felt different, but I hope it lasts! I've decided to start a fresh week with goals to live healthier and do more things that I love. In the past I've always made my goals too lofty only to fail miserably a few days later... so this time I'm thinking on a small scale, like tonight I walked Luigi for 30 minutes and then went to the gym for an hour, which fulfills the healthy requirement. Now I'm blogging (obvs) and later I'm going to catch up on some reading, which, of course, is fun! :)

That is such a good idea to establish smaller goals! I so often make myself goals that are also too lofty or big to accomplish right away...!
